We suggest that you also include a visit to 41 Degrees South Salmon Farm. They make a delicious smoked salmon.
Ray from Prestige Leisure Tours will bring you to The Honey Farm from Launceston on his "Mole Creek Caves & Gourmet Food" tour or his "Tassie Gourmet Food & Chocolate" tour. If you are considering a touring company Ray comes highly recommended.
There are many places to stay in this region. A couple of recommendations would be Melita Park (our B&B business), Quamby Pines (a farm stay near Deloraine), Elm Wood (a Victorian B&B in Westbury), and Hawley House near Devonport.
