Honey in it's purest form. Here you will find the widest range of cold extracted, single-origin honeys available.

Manuka Honey has a well proven track record for it's unique healing properties. In Tasmania we collect a small amount of Manuka Honey and blend it with Propolis, Bee Pollen, Royal Jelly and Ginseng.

A rich blend of honey and chocolate. Ideal for making rich and creamy European style hot chocolates and rich chocolate sauces to drizzle over vanilla ice cream.

Drizzle some Red Chilli honey over a piece of Brie cheese (Tasmanian, of course) and serve with water crackers... this will keep your guests raving!

A bountiful supply of nuts or ginger whisked gently into a finely crystallised soft candied honey..

Difficulty sleeping? Then try a spoon of Aniseed honey in a mug of warm milk. Caramel honey is great for sweetening coffee, whilst the Cinnamon is a treat when spread over toasted fruit loaf.
