We make our Nut Honey and our Ginger Honey with a bountiful supply of nuts or ginger, gently whisked into a finely crystallised soft candied honey.

Ginger honey is absolutely superb on pancakes topped with lashings of cream. Or make small balls of one of the nut honeys and toss these through a fresh garden salad.
