| Delivery Charges Within AustraliaWe use Australia Post to deliver most of our parcels within Australia.
Small Parcels under 500g will attract a $7.50 Delivery Charge.
Parcels above 500g will attract an $11.00 Delivery Charge.
| Delivery TimesOrders under 3kg will be delivered by Express Post, and will arrive one to two days after despatch.
Orders above 3kg will be delivered by Regular Parcel Post, or Courier, and will arrive between 5 and 10 working days after despatch.
Orders above 3kg can be despatched by Express Post, an additional charge will apply which will be indicated during the check out process.
| Quarantine Restrictions - Western Australia & Kangaroo IslandQuarantine restrictions prevent us from sending honey to Western Australia. This applies to all products with the exception of Woundcare 18+ and ApiNate Dressings as these have been sterilised.
No honey related products can be sent to Kangaroo Island.
| Delivery to International AddressesAll orders will be despatched by Australia Post.
Postal charges are dependant upon the weight and destination of your parcel. During the check out process you will be presented with two postage options:
Express Post International - delivery between 3 and 10 days after despatch
Express Courier International - delivery between 3 and 4 days after despatch
The customer should be aware of any import restrictions prior to placing an order. We will not refund any item that has been confiscated by customs. The customer will be responsible for any duties payable for the importation of the products ordered.
