Melita Wildflower Honey is collected in the spring from the valleys and mountain sides of the Great Western Tiers. It is brilliantly translucent and has a vivid colour with flashes of tangerine. The aromatic nose shows lots of fresh herbs, particularly savoury herbs like marjoram, and the savoury, not so sweet flavours continue in the mouth.
