A Tasmanian honey from the central highlands sourced from the floriferous Prickly Box (bursaria spinosa), a shrub whose fragrant, delicate flowers attract butterflies as well as bees. The honey is amber in hue with a distinctive spicy and gingery aroma. On the palate flavours of candied ginger and orange are complemented by hints of mushroom. It has a very smooth texture.

What is Creamed Honey?
Creamed Honey is honey that has been finely crystallised. All honey will crystallise over time. As the honey crystallises we whip the honey. This results in a finely crystallised honey which has a smooth texture. Nothing is added to the honey during the process... it is still 100% pure honey.
