This is another name for Eucalyptus regnans - a giant of Australia's forests, growing to over 100 metres. It is the tallest flowering plant in the world. Rich mahogany to red tones glow through the translucent body. This single species honey has enticing aromas of flowers and savoury herbs like fresh thyme, mingled with golden syrup. In the mouth the flavour is rich and rounded with notes of caramel and a hint of sweet marmalade. Intense and deliciously viscous.
