Medihoney Eczema Cream is formulated to include Medihoney Antibacterial Honey. Antibacterial Honey reduces the risk of infection by the skin colonising bacteria associated with Eczema and Dermatitis. Clinical research has shown Aloe barbadensis (Aloe Vera) to be a natural effective ingredient for improving skin hydration. Chamomile(Matricaria recutita) is recommended for milld skin irritation.
