Manna Gum Honey (250g)
Melita Manna Gum Honey is produced from the flowers of Eucalyptus viminalis, widespread in Victoria. Reddish chestnut and opaque in appearance with darker suspended particles. The nose is rich and deep with dark caramel, meaty and bacon aromas.

In the mouth it is surprisingly lightly textured with a clean finish that clears the palate quickly - a very appealing honey.

Rub some Melita Manna Gum, together with some Dijon Mustard, Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper, into a beef fillet and roast in the oven.
