Melita Bush Honey is made late in the summer from a mix of Tasmanian wilderness plant species. This translucent honey may contain a little Brown Top Stringy Bark, Tea Tree or Eucalyptus.

Melita Bush Honey is strikingly deep amber in colour. The aromas are intense with ginger and sweet spices dominant. The honey is light and fluid in texture but it has an appealing grainy edge. Almonds and barley sugar come through on the finish.

This is characteristic honey is delicious on an organic peanut butter sandwich.
